I ordered from dftba.com the whole thing left me feeling mentally drained. There was barely any communication about my order unless I went looking for it myself. I kept checking for updates and ended up emailing just to figure out what was going on. It’s not the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, but having to constantly chase them for basic info made it way more frustrating than it needed to be

I was literally just trying to find a shirt, and the whole site felt all over the place. The menus kept taking me somewhere I didn’t expect, so I’d have to back out and search again. Come on now, shopping shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt. A few pages loaded weird too, which made it even more annoying. Maybe the clothes are fine, but the site was such a hassle that I gave up

I’ve bought creator merch here because it always felt genuine, and I do like supporting creators directly when I can. Lately though, I’ve started feeling a little less confident about it, like the trust I had in the experience has worn down a bit. Still a decent place to find creator stuff, but I’m not as automatically comfortable buying as I used to be.

Maybe it’s just me, but ordering from dftba ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. The tracking barely updated, and the package took much longer than the estimate said it would. I totally understand that delays happen, but there wasn’t really any clear info, so I kept having to check on it myself. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. I’m not sure I’d order again if the delivery is going to be that unpredictable.

i tried to check out but couldn’t use my usual payment method, which was kind of frustrating. it would be really helpful if they added a few more payment options

I wanted to like this shirt, but the quality was bad. The fabric felt cheap right away, and I don’t know, the stitching just seemed kind of off too. It looked okay at first glance, but once I actually wore it, it felt like something that wouldn’t last long. Maybe I expected too much, but yeah, I was disappointed.

I was disappointed with these shirts. They look really, really plain in person, and nothing about them made me feel like they were worth buying

Trying to update my account stuff on dftba.com was more annoying than I expected. I poked around for a while trying to find where to change my details or manage basic settings, and it all just felt clunky. For something that should be simple, it wasn’t a great experience.

I really do like a lot of the merch on dftba, but man... it feels like half the stuff I want is always sold out. I’ll check back later thinking maybe there’s been a restock, and nope, still gone, or the sizes I need are missing. The site itself works fine, and shipping was okay the times I’ve ordered before. It’s just the inventory that gets frustrating. Hard to get excited about buying something when all the best stuff isn’t actually available.

I assumed this would be one of those things that just works wherever you are, so I didn’t overthink it. Once I tried using it overseas, though, it quickly felt like more hassle than it was worth. Maybe it’s fine locally, but for travel or being abroad, I’d probably skip it next time

I tried to grab a limited release item right when it dropped, and the site just kept lagging and sending me back over and over. My brother was sitting there with me trying to help refresh, but by the time checkout finally loaded, it was already sold out. I know limited stuff goes fast, but this felt really unfair and way too chaotic. not worth the stress.

I like a few of the creators DFTBA works with, which is what got me browsing in the first place. But the prices on dftba felt steep for what’s mostly basic merch. A shirt here, a pin there, then shipping, and suddenly the total is way higher than I expected. Nothing I got was terrible or anything, but for the money, I was hoping it would feel a little more worth it. The site has that polished company vibe that makes everything sound carefully branded, and I’m always a bit skeptical of that when the actual value doesn’t quite match up. I probably won’t order again unless there’s a really good sale.

My order from dftba arrived in a smashed-up box with almost no padding inside. One of the items had bent corners, which was really frustrating. I kept thinking, why is it so complicated to just pack something with a little care? It felt like it was tossed in the box and sent out without much thought

The tracking info for my order drove me absolutely crazy. It said my package had shipped, but the link barely updated, and for days I had no clue where it actually was. I ended up on DFTBA kind of just poking around, since I do like a few of the creators they work with and figured I’d see what else was there. The site itself was easy enough to use, and nothing felt confusing or broken while I was browsing.

I clicked through a few sections and saw some cute stuff, especially if you’re already a fan of a specific person. After a bit, though, I realized a lot of what I was seeing felt similar, like shirts, pins, and smaller merch items, and I guess I was expecting more unexpected finds or different styles mixed in.

So it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but if you’re just casually browsing without already knowing what creator you’re there for, the selection can feel a little limited. I didn’t end up buying anything this time

The product page made this seem a lot nicer than it actually is. When it arrived, it looked different from the pictures and just felt kind of cheap overall. I reached out about it too, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address what I was saying. Disappointing experience.

The shirt is decent overall and the fit was okay, but it did run a bit small on me. I think it’s only fair to mention so others can order accordingly, maybe size up if you’re between sizes.
